"It’s always been a dream of mine to study in America amongst the elite tech gurus and now here I am!I left high school in a rush to pursue a bigger dream, wasn’t really sure where to start and that’s where Trudy came in. Her team was able to guide me in such a way that I felt secure and calm about going to college. Computer Science is so demanding but free resources on campus make it easier to handle! Professors have been more than welcoming; always willing to help anyone whether you’re in their class or not. There are ongoing events that help you to build your skills and to understand what is expected in the workplace. From Hackathons to developing games to workshops, the FIU family has made I.T a whole lot more fun. The thing I love most about studying in Miami is it’s the diversity and culture. I’ve met people from LITERALLY all parts of the world! The Latin-American culture here is so rich! Miami heat all year round is a plus too. Miami’s vibrancy matches my vibrant personality so it’s literally a match made in Heaven!"
