OUR PROCESS

By working hand-in-hand with you, we get to know you as a person. We then use what we have learned about you to provide you with a list of credible and suitable tertiary institutions best suited to you and your needs.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Once you start to work with us, you will find that our thorough advisory and counseling services are honest, welcoming, and open-minded. We know that even the thought of studying abroad may seem intimidating and overwhelming at first. However, as we guide you through our simple yet in-depth 4-step process, you will discover just how easily you could be studying overseas next year.

STEP ONE

Firstly, we will guide you through the process of applying to any of our tertiary education partners. Next, we will help you shortlist the countries and institutions that best suit your needs before setting up a virtual face-to-face interview where we can discuss the best path for you to take.

Please make sure you have a valid passport and your original school certificates on hand for this interview.

STEP TWO

When you have decided on the institution that you would like to study at, IEC will do the full acceptance process for you, including:

Entry requirements for your chosen institutions
•
Full tertiary application process
•
Developing personal essays
•
Interpreting any confusion when it comes to the local terminology of the country you wish to study in
•
Accommodation recommendations

STEP THREE

We will assist you throughout the entire visa application process, including:

Preparing you for the visa interview

Helping you arrange and secure all of the required supporting documentation
•
Arranging medicals
•
Any other procedure related to your particular study destination

STEP FOUR

Once you have your visa and have traveled to your country of choice, IEC will have one of our representatives meet you on arrival and help you settle into your new accommodation. They will provide you with information on subjects, including:

Opening a new bank account

Getting a new sim card for your phone
•
Travelling around the city
•
Purchasing groceries
•
Providing you with all of the emergency numbers you may need
•
